This hardbound volume consists of 4 monthly issues, June thru September of 1897 bound AS PUBLISHED. The four issues were intended upon publication to be this volume, #11. Beige Boards with two tears in spine and gilt lettering, tight, and appears complete. Some spotting/foxing almost solely on endpapers and edges, not effecting prints or illustrations. Articles on J. M. Swan, George Chester, Segantini, Salon du Champ de Mars, Formal Gardens in Scotland, Van Hoytema, The Munich International Art Exhibition, Frances Keyzer, Fritz Thaulow, English Domestic Architecture, Japanese Drawings, Glasgow Designers, Constantin Meunier, Tiffany Glass, etc. This volume also has a ton of very high quality color art reproductions (protected by publisher's tissue) as was the practice of The Studio, including some amazing prints from the period.
