Note: Sélestat is a small city in eastern France with a population of around 19,000 (2015). It's about a 5 hour drive or 240 crow flies miles east-southeast of Paris. It's located between Strasbourg and Mulhouse in the Vosages Mountains 10 miles from the German border. The city can trace its roots to the 700's and has large wine and tourist trades. The nearby castle Château du Haut-Kœnigsbourg is a major attraction. But the town also retains much of its old world charm with many surviving centuries old structures. You can get a great feel for the place from the images and info on the local tourist site.

Also Note: The only items for Sélestat are a decanter and 4 glass sizes.

Also Note: The approximate sizes of 13 cm for the champagne Model No. 5076, 13.5 cm for Model No. 5075, and 14 cm for Model No. 5074 are roughly accurate as measured for us by various sellers. We don't know the height of Model No. 5073 except to estimate it by seeing a photo of all four models next to each other.

Also Note: This is 1 of 2 R. Lalique glass designs of similar shape having the black ring between the stem and the bowl of the glass. The other is Vrilles De Vigne.
