Also Note: This fragrance and bottle were commissioned by the U.S. R. Lalique importer Elie Khouri. It's sometimes referred to as Khouri instead of the company Les Parfums Lengyel (who's name also sometimes appears spelled Lenghyel).

Also Note: Two later different versions of the smaller size bottle have appeared without the molded R. Lalique France signature that is on both sizes of the original bottles. One example has no molded signature (and no signature at all), and the other is molded Imperiale Russe (or something close to that) to the underside. We speculate that Khouri had these additional bottles made in the U.S. by an unknown manufacturer during the war. Obviously you want a bottle with the original molded R. Lalique France signature.
