This is the full auction house description verbatim: "Rene Lalique and Leon Hatot - ATO Clock Company - A 1930s Art Deco opalescent clock the circular dial with Arabic numerals moulded to the centre with the SS Normandie in full sail, the base formed as crashing waves, the clock movement backplate with engraved lines imitating a sunray, marked ATO Made in France, height 15cm."

Note: The clock description above actually says:"moulded to the centre with the SS Normandie in full sail" Of course the Normandie was a 200,000 horsepower ocean liner. It was not a sailboat.
