Rene Lalique Box Georgette: 21.5 cm wide two parts opalescent glass having a decoration of three dragonflies on the top of the lid. Lot No. 114 Est: £800 - £1200. Model: 45 Circa 1922.

Note: The number 51 that is signed on the lower outside edge of the bottom piece is the model number for the Libellules Box. That box also also has 3 dragonflies on its lid but they are not the same as those on this box. That number 51 appears to have been placed on the base of this box at the factory by mistake. This is not the first time we've seen this issue for this specific model.
