Also Note: This bottle was made in only 1 height of approximately 8.5 cm.

Also Note: The bottle is decorated on both sides of the container and on the top of the rectangular stopper.

Also Note: In addition to the fragrance names shown below, the bottle has also been seen labeled for the Volnay fragrances Jasmin du Cap, Ambré de Siam, Ambré, Iris Neige, Rose Brumaire, Fleurs Vives, Napée, Yapana, and possibly others.

Also Note: This model appears to be a much more refined version of a bottle created one year earlier for Volnay by André Jollivet. Even though the Jollivet bottle preceded the R. Lalique version, you can see it in the Copies and Close Calls Section of the site from the link below because it has appeared at auction represented as an R. Lalique bottle.

Also Note: The design on this bottle closely resembles the previous year's design on the Epines Perfume Bottle as well as all the other items in the Epines Garniture De Toilette. It's also similar to the design on the Epines Decanter and the other Epines Tableware items that also came a year earlier.

Also Note: Lalique designed a square paper and cardboard Entrelacs Powder Box with an all-over decoration matching the one on this bottle. Volnay used that box for a variety of its scented powders.
