Also Note: In 1919 Lalique created two mirrors of identical size and form. Both are round, both are 16 cm, and both have a bulging handhold on the reverse incorporated into the design. This is one of those two mirrors. The other mirror has a design of 2 birds and is called Deux Oiseaux. There was a third mirror created at the same time that is the same size, but it has a tassel hold incorporated into the reverse instead of the bulging handle. That mirror with a design of 3 peacocks is called Trois Paons. Two years later in 1921, Lalique created a second tassel hold mirror with a design of lilies of the valley that's called Muguets. Muguets would be the last installment in this four mirror mini-series.
