Rene Lalique Poster The Offering: A 20th century framed and glazed Lalique Poster showing the Rene Lalique Brooch L'offrande (The Offering). This brooch is an extremely well documented artistic jewelry creation of Lalique. It was exhibited at the landmark exposition at Agnew's in London in 1905; it was acquired 1903 by Calouste Gulbenkian and is owned today by the Gulbenkian Museum in Lisbon; it is pictured in The Studio Magazine Issue No. 35 published in 1905, and it appears in the standard reference on Lalique Jewelry by Sigrid Barten, Rene Lalique Schmuck and Objects D'Art, on Page 322. Both the 1905 Studio and the Barten book are available in the Lalique Books and Reference Library at RLalique.com, the former in the section on Modern Lalique Books, and the Studio in the section for Period Magazines which contain information about Rene Lalique and his works.
