The Saverne decanter uses the same plain clear glass undecroated bottom as roughly a dozen other model, the only difference being the stopper which has design matching the rest of the items sold in that same service such as stems and pitchers. Note: That while many patterns share the same blank decanter bottom, owing to slight manufacturing differences in the width of the decanter opening, and the final polishing of the stopper to fit the decanter it went with, it might not fit another blank from some other service or even from a Saverne service.
