Also Note: The glass from this frame was also used for the Muguet Clock. Clear and frosted post-war examples of this frame have appeared with the molded R. LALIQUE signature centered on the bottom front, but with the addition of Lalique France also engraved in the glass, usually on the thin outfacing edge of the frame. And we have seen one example of this frame where they clearly were just selling a leftover pre-war frame. That example has the molded R. Lalique in front and along the outer edge is engraved France No. 253. But a later engraved Lalique was added in front of the outer edge engraving to make it read Lalique France No. 253.
