Rene Lalique Cire Perdue Vase Motif Vigne En Cabochon: 24 cm tall cire perdue glass R. Lalique Vase decorated with leaf motif medallion style cabochons and protruding high relief fruiting vines on the alternating sides. Lot No. 92 Est: £15,000 - £20,000. Model: Cire Perdue Circa 1919.

Note: The vase has been seriously damaged by the detachment and re-attachement of the lower portion of one of the fruiting vines protrusions. The detachment was the area below the basically horizontal straight line at the bottom of the large leaf in the last photo.

Also Note: The vase bears the expected mark 32-19 for the mold number and the year, but it is unsigned for Rene Lalique. Not all the reasons for this lack of signature are necessarily bad, but none of them are good.
