Note: This bowl is a variant of the known Mésanges Bowl, the known model having a clear and somewhat faceted form underneath the relief birds. We don't know of any documentation to support this variant. However, see the Soucis Bowl that came one week after the known Mesanges Bowl in Septembeer 1931 for some support for this variant's form and finish as a possible prototype that was not selected for production.
