Rene Lalique Liserons Pendant information and photos at RLalique.com are tied together on this main Liserons Pendants page. Past and future auctions, historical details, sales, copies, reproductions, articles and more are all accessible from here. This page grows as more info is added to the website.

Note: Liserons is French for bindweed. Bindweed is used to describe any of the various twining plants that interlace or mat with plants growing around them and that can grow up through other plants and structures. Bindweed has trumpet-shaped flowers that look like small morning glories and they are commonly referred to as such. They are considered noxious weeds in many agricultural areas. Here is a decent bindweed picture and more info. And here it is interlacing, matting, and growing up and through.

Also Note: This is one of 5 pendants made in 1919 that are the same shape and the same size of approximately 4.7 cm tall by 5.5 cm wide. Their model numbers are 1633 to 1637. The other 4 pendants are: Deux Figurines, Cigognes, Mures, and Feuilles De Lilas.
