Note: Haarlem is the capital city of North Holland and is only about 12 miles from Amsterdam. It can trace its rich history to before the year 1000 and much of that history has been preserved. Here's a photo of a 14th century great church, coincidentally known as Grote Ker (Great Church) and also as the Cathedral of St. Bavo, located in Haarlem's central square.

Also Note: The only items for Haarlem are a decanter and glasses. The model was created especially for the French department store Printemps. The first Printemps store opened in Paris in 1865, the same year Rene Lalique was born. The company is still in business today (2020) operating at about 30 different locations.
