Note: Langoustine is a slim, orange-pink lobster that grows up to about 10 inches. This lobster is also called a Norway Lobster, a Dublin Bay prawn, or a scampi. Today they are found in the cold waters of the north-eastern Atlantic and North Sea as far south as Portugal, and in the Mediterranean Sea most notably in the northern Adriatic.
